The Event Type Lookup Path

Use of Relative Paths in the Event Type Definition
The event type lookup path is a list of paths visible to the compiler when building the project. The event type lookup path contains all of the following locations:
*The current event type project.
*Other workbench projects to which you explicitly declare a reference. You can add project dependencies by selecting other workbench projects to add to the lookup path for this project. To do so, use the Project > Properties > Project References preference page.
*The local copy of the predefined event types. When you install Software AG Events Development, the predefined event types are copied to the folder common\PredefinedEventTypes below the installation directory.
The predefined event types in this folder are a local copy of the predefined types that are installed with the Event Type Store. If you change the contents of the Event Type Store, these changes are not reflected in the local copy of the predefined types. Similarly, if you change the local copy of the predefined types, these changes are not reflected in the Event Type Store.
