Workflow in Network Recursive Conceptual Objects
Workflow for network recursive conceptual object is triggered based on the user who initiates the action (insert, update, delete, and restore) on the object. That is, if you perform an action that triggers workflow, then if you initiate additional transactions on the same object, they are appended to the existing outstanding workflow transaction.
You cannot change an unapproved record that has been created by another user. The workflow triggered by each creator is a separate transaction in the workflow pipeline.
