Viewing Workflow Transactions
Every workflow transaction in OneData is logged in the Workflow log. You can determine the status of all workflow transactions or can filter based on workflow status.
*To view the workflow transactions
1. On the Menu toolbar, click View > Collaboration Queues > Workflow Items.
2. In the Filter screen, specify the filter criteria.
Filter Parameter
Description
Status
Status of the workflow transaction. (Applicable only to Regular report type.)
*PENDING: Pending approval.
*COMPLETED-APPROVED: Approved by all approvers.
*COMPLETED-REJECTED: Rejected by the creator.
*ALL: Includes transaction with any status, including, COMPLETED-RETRIGGERED. A re-triggered transaction is one in which the transaction was approved by the creator, but rejected by an approver and is pending with the creator.
Report Type
Type of reported to be generated.
*Regular
*Summary 1: To view the brief summary.
*Summary 2: To view the detailed summary.
Note:
If you select Summary 1 or Summary 2 then you also need to select the object whose details are to be viewed. The details in the next screen differ based on the report type you select. For more information see step 4.
Approver
Approver of whose the transactions are to be viewed. (Applicable only for regular report types.)
Data Object Conceptual Object
Data or conceptual objects associated with the transaction.

Press CTRL key while clicking the objects to select multiple objects
3. After the filter criteria are entered, click Next.
The Workflow Transaction screen displays the details for the corresponding report type. For Regular report types OneData displays the following fields:

Type of change - Insert, Update, delete or Restore.
Object
Object that had data modifications.
Status
Status of the workflow transaction.
Last Activity Date
Date the change was made.
If you select the report type as Summary 1 or Summary 2, the screen shows the following fields:

The difference between these reports is that Summary 2 additionally provides detailed workflow level actions and also the Approver name at each level.

Action Type
Type of change - Insert, Delete, Restore or Update.
Updated Attribute
Column name from associated object that requires changes.
Workflow Level
Level in the workflow.
Status
Status of workflow transaction.
Date/Time IN
Date/Time when this transaction came into the workflow pipeline.
Date Time OUT
Date/Time when this transaction was approved/rejected.
Approver
(Applicable only to Summary 2)User who approves the transaction at the specified level.
4. Click View to see the view the complete report details.
Parameter
Description
Transaction Type
Type of change - Insert, Delete, Restore or Update.
Object
Associated Object (if any) for data modifications.
Status
Status of the workflow transaction.
Creator
User who committed the initial data change.
Note:
Click the creator name to view the user's contact information.
Last Activity Date
Date the change was made and routed to the workflow pipeline.
Effective Date
Earliest date the changes become effective in release area after approval. If it is blank then the changes are made effective in the release area as soon all approvals are complete.
Workflow Rule
Associated workflow rule name.
Update Attribute
Column name from associated object that requires changes.
Update Attribute Old Value
Old value of column from associated object.
Update Attribute New Value
New value of column from associated object.
Note:
You can view the status of pending workflow items submitted by the current user using the menu Manage > My Workflow Transactions. It indicates the name of the object, the change type which triggered the workflow (insert, update, delete/restore) the workflow rule and the last activity date. Selecting the object indicates the level and approver the workflow transaction is pending with.
