Customer Consolidation in Incremental Mode
A load performed after the initial data load is referred to as an Incremental Customer Consolidation load. Incremental loads should not generally generate more than a five to ten percent change in data from the initial load.
In the Staging object, an incremental load results in both inserts and updates. However, most changes in the Gold object are usually updates.
Incremental mode on Gold records is performed mostly through Survivorship engine which defines how the attributes on Gold must be updated based on the Survivorship rules configured in OneData.
