Viewing Audit Logs
Use the following procedure to view the log details. For information about data audits, see Administering webMethods OneData. The format of the audit comment is as follows:
*Staging key: PK value - Status description -
*Gold Key: PK value -
*Score: score from matcher -
*Pattern: pattern from matcher -
*Reason: -short description of match reason
For example, Staging key: 113 - Linked Auto - Gold Key: 489263 - Score: 100 - Pattern: BOTH - Reason:-Single match record found. [Action-Single match]
Audit comments are not updated for batch cleansing and manual merge actions. For JMS inbound data entry, the audit comments are logged for the user who has enabled the messaging object. For all other data entry actions, the audit comments are logged for the user executing the action.
Access the log one of two ways:
*To view the log for a specific object:
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Select the consolidation object. Click View > Audit Trial.
*To view the log details for multiple objects:
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > Logs > Data Audits.
2. Specify filter criteria for Date Range, User, Role, and Statement Types. Set Statement Types as All or UPDATEs to view the audit log comments for consolidation objects.
