Single sign on (SSO) provides a framework that enables a user to log in through one central authentication mechanism and gain access to the resources of multiple software systems. OneData integration with SSO solutions relies on an SSO provider to intercept the initial web request to OneData and authenticate the user. Upon successful authentication by the SSO server, the user is redirected to OneData, and is able to access OneData without requiring additional authentication.
