Setting Up the Anonymous User Account
OneData provides the built-in user account, Anonymous User. The user assigned to this role can access OneData without a login and password. This is useful for sharing non-sensitive information. An anonymous user has the same security privileges as those assigned to the user who is set up as Anonymous User. You cannot delete the built-in Anonymous User or assign it as a backup user.
Note:
User ID Anonymous is reserved and cannot be used for creating another user.
To assign a user account to the Anonymous User
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > System > System Properties.
2. In the Home Page Portal properties, click the Select A Value icon.
3. Select a user from the list of system users.
