Administering Task EDA Event Emission
Task Enginecan emit EDA events for the actions that occur during the lifecycle of a task. The events are emitted using webMethods Event Routing. Subsequently, you can implement any custom logic for handling the events.
Note: You cannot define task EDA event emission settings for an individual task type in Software AG Designer. These settings must always be applied in My webMethods Server.
You can enable and disable EDA event emission for a task type within the My webMethods Server run-time environment. You can also opt to emit an event that contains only standard task information, or you can also add the task business data to the emitted event.
