Deleting, Restoring, Purging Records
Use this procedure to delete, restore, and purge records.
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the conceptual object you want to view and click on it.
3. Click New UI Preview.
4. Click Data Explorer and navigate to the conceptual object.
The conceptual object appears in a consolidated object hierarchy view that displays the object structure as a tree hierarchy in the left navigation pane and the complete object hierarchy details (constituent objects and records) in a scrollable details pane on the left.
5. Click the object node in the navigation pane or scroll to the constituent object in the object details pane.
6. In the object record table, select the relevant records and perform one of the following actions:
*Click Delete.
The color of the deleted records changes to red in the table.
*To restore the deleted records, use one of the following options:
*Click the restore button that appears beside the record selection box to restore the deleted object.
*Select the deleted records, and click Restore that appears above the record table.
*Select the deleted records, and click Purge that appears above the record table.
OneData purges the deleted records from the database.
7. Click Save.
