Purging Records
Records that have been logically deleted can be physically purged from the database. Purged records are permanently deleted and no longer available in OneData. You cannot purge a record until it has been logically deleted.
* To purge a record
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the object that you want to edit and select it.
3. Click Apply Filter to display all the records associated with the object.
4. Click Delete > Purge.
OneData displays the records that have been logically deleted.
5. Select the records you want to purge and click Purge Records to permanently delete them.
Important: Before purging a record, determine the impact on downstream (distribution) systems.
