Viewing Graphical Representation of Workflow
Workflow rule model provides you a graphical view of the workflow structure that is assigned to an object. In the case of a conceptual object, the rules associated to the conceptual object and its constituent objects are shown in a single applet.
To view the workflow rule model from object definition or workflow inbox
1. If you want to view the rule model from object definition, follow the steps below:
Note: You must have appropriate privileges to access the Object Definition.
a. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects and select the required object.
b. Click the Workflow Rules tab.
c. Click Show Rule Model.
2. If you want to view the rule model from workflow inbox, follow the steps below:
a. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > My Workflow Inbox.
b. Click any pending item to view its detailed screen.
c. Click the Show rule model icon.
Use the option… | To… |
Zoom Out, Zoom In, Zoom Selected | Zoom in or zoom out the model. You can also select a section in the model and click zoom selected to zoom in that section. |
Fit Content | Fit the full workflow model in the current applet window. |
Print | Print the workflow model. |
Toggle Orientation | Switch from the horizontal view to vertical view and vice versa. By default, you will see the model horizontally. |
