Approving a Version
You cannot make any changes to a version that is approved.
To approve a version
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Navigate to the conceptual object you want to view and select it.
3. In the Select a child filter field, filter on the version.
4. Enter the filter criteria for the object and click Apply Filter.
OneData retrieves records for the conceptual (parent object) that match the criteria specified in the child object.
5. If required, can enter new records and/or update existing records.5. If you are a last level approver, you can approve the version.
