Reinstating a Retired Version
You can reinstate a retired version to current version. For example, Version 1.0 has been approved. Version 2.0 which was pending for approval has also been approved. So, now Version 1.0 is retired. You can reinstate Version 1.0 as the current Version.
To reinstate a retired version
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Manage > Manage Data.
2. Filter on approved version and click Next.
3. Click Manage Versions.
4. Select the retired version whose status needs to be changed to Approved.
5. Select the Mark Status as Approve icon for this retired version. When the status of a retired version is changed to approve, the existing Approved Version is deleted.
Note: The Mark Status as Approve icon is enabled only for retired versions.
