Configuring Properties in the onedata.properties File
You can change OneData properties in the onedata.properties configuration file. The customizable properties in OneData are discussed in detail throughout the OneData guides. In order to avoid restarting OneData server, Software AG recommends that you limit direct updates to the onedata.properties file only to properties that you cannot edit in the user interface.

* To configure properties in the onedata.properties file
1. Navigate to the directory, Software AG_directory /profiles/ODE/bin/onedata/config.
2. Open the onedata.properties file.
3. Set the appropriate value for each configuration property in the configuration file.

4. Save and close the file.
