Locking and Deactivating Accounts
Use the following procedure to lock or deactivate a user account.
* To deactivate or lock an account
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Administer > Security > User Locks.
2. Optionally, enter search criteria in the User Name field and select a User Group to narrow the number of user names displayed in the search results. .
Tip: Sort the results by clicking on the column header. Use the arrows in the top right corner of the table to navigate between the pages of search results.
3. Click Apply Filter.
4. To lock the user account, select Locked? in the corresponding check box.
5. To deactivate the user account, select Inactivate in the corresponding check box.
6. Click Save.
