Creating General Form (Complex View) for Change Request
You can create a general form for change requests. Anonymous users can use this form to request a data change.
To create a general form (complex view) for change request
1. On the Menu toolbar, click Define > Objects.
2. Navigate to folder in which you want to create the form and click Add Object.
3. Enter the object details.
a. Select Object Type as Complex View.
b. Select the check box for Show in Change Request.
4. Click Save. Add columns and set up primary key constraint like any other object.
