Managing Instance Files in the Repository
You are advised to develop a plan for managing the instance files that are delivered to your My webMethods Server repository. If you allow instance files to accumulate to significant numbers, excessive memory use will occur and My webMethods Server performance will degrade, resulting in increasingly slower response time.
Given the wide range of platform configurations on which My webMethods Server may be running, there is no specific limit on the number or size of e-form instance files. However, best practices recommend that you develop a manual or programmatic plan for regularly cleaning, purging, or archiving your instance folder files in My webMethods Server.
