Retrieves the list of processing rules.
Input Parameters
refresh
String (optional) Whether you want to refresh the document attribute cache, before returning the list of document attributes. Valid values are:
*true - Refreshes the cache.
*false - Does not refresh the cache. Default.
Output Parameters
ruleCount
String The number of processing rules that are defined..
rules
String List of processing rules.
lastChangeID
String The ID generated after making the last change to any rule.
