Exporting APIs
You must have the API Gateway's export assets privilege assigned to perform this task.
Note:
API Gateway supports backward compatibility for all the exported APIs from API Gateway 10.1 version or higher. For more information about exporting and importing APIs, see Overview.
*To export an API
1. Click APIs in the title navigation bar.
2. Select the required API from the list of available APIs.
3. Click to export a single API.
Alternatively, you can select multiple APIs to be exported simultaneously by clicking the check box adjacent to the names of the API.
Click and select Export from the drop-down list.
The Export archive window appears.
4. Select Include applications if you want to export the applications associated with the APIs.
5. Select Include application registrations if you want to include the registered applications for the API when you export the API.
Note:
When you import an exported archive that has registered applications, APIs are associated to applications based on their RegisteredApplication object list associated to the APIs and the applications.
6. Select Include groups if you want to export the groups associated to the team that the APIs belong to.
7. Select Include users if you want to export the users associated to the team that the APIs belong to.
Note:
The Include groups and Include users check boxes appear, only if you have set the "enableTeamWork" extended setting to true.
8. Click Export.
The browser prompts you to either open or save the export archive.
9. Select the appropriate option and click OK.
