Subscribing Users to Notifications
When a task type developer creates a task type containing a task notification, individual users can subscribe to the notification e-mails generated by the task notification event conditions. Some limitations apply if you deny a user access to My Inbox. For more information, see Limitations When Denying Access to My Inbox.
You can also subscribe other users to a task notification; for more information, see Subscribing to a Notification Rule for Other Users.
