Precedence for Column Settings and KPI Rules
You can set font properties in Column Settings as well as in KPI Rules for columns or for rows. KPI Rules for columns and rows both also allow you to set the background color respectively.
When multiple formats are defined for the same visual property, the format with the highest precendence is applied:
1. KPI Rules with Row formatting overrides
2. KPI Rules with Cell formatting, which overrides
3. Column Settings
