Creating an E-form Repository Folder
The following procedure describes how to create new folders by logging in to My webMethods. You can also create new directories in the MWS Admin view in Software AG Designer by right-clicking on an existing folder and clicking New > Folder.
* To create an e-form folder in My webMethods Server
1. Log on to My webMethods as sysadmin (or as an appropriately authorized user).
2. Click the Public Folders link at the top of the page.
3. On the Tools menu, click New > Folder.
4. In the New Folder panel, type a folder name, such as Templates, or Instances.
5. Add a description of the folder if desired. If you are creating multiple folders for different instance types (LiveCycle and InfoPath), note the purpose in the description field.
6. Click Create.
7. Click the folder's Tools menu and modify the folder properties or permissions, if required.
8. Repeat steps 3 - 7 to create additional folders.
