Preliminary Requirements
Prior to archiving or deleting data, ensure that the following requirements are met:
*You have created an Archive database. For instructions, see Configuring the Archive Database.
*Identify the users who will archive or delete data and assign them the appropriate data management permissions in My webMethods Server. For more information, see Granting Users Access to Monitor .
