Checking the Status of a Port
To check the status of a port
1. In My webMethods: Administration > Integration > Managed File Transfer > Server Management.
3. On the Ports tab, select the port from the list of ports.
4. In the Status section of the Basic tab, click Check Status.
Note:
It is possible that a client cannot connect to
ActiveTransfer Server or transfer files even when a port is active. This happens when either a firewall exists between the client and the server or the virtual private network the client uses has altered the IP address given to
ActiveTransfer Server. In such a situation, enable the
Router/Firewall Aware option. For details, see
