Adding Tools to a Workspace
You can add as many tools as you want to a workspace. You can use the same tool multiple times. For a description of the tools that

Note:
To add new content to a workspace you must either be the owner of the workspace, or if you are using a workspace that another user has shared with you, you must have “View and Modify” or “Full Control” permissions for the workspace. For more information about sharing workspaces, see
Sharing Workspaces.
To add a tool to a workspace
1. Open the workspace to which you want to add content. For instructions, see
Opening Workspaces. 2. In the navigation pane, click the Tools tab.
3. Drag the tool from the navigation pane on to the workspace in the content area.
4. On the tab for the workspace, click and select Save Workspace.
