Unlocking and Reactivating Accounts
User locks provide a central interface for managing all locked and inactive user accounts. Inactivating a user prevents that user from accessing webMethods OneData.
An account may also be automatically locked if a user enters an incorrect password and exceeds the number of retry attempts. You can configure the number of retry attempts in the Authentication system property Login retry count in Administer > System on the Menu toolbar.
Users with administrator privileges can inactivate or reactivate user accounts.
