Setting Connection Pool Properties
1. Stop the webMethods OneData server.
2. Navigate to <Software AG_directory>\profiles\ODE\configuration\com.softwareag.platform.config.propsloader.
The directory contains the following connection pool property files:
com.softwareag.catalina.resource.pid-RepositoryNamemd for Meta Data.
com.softwareag.catalina.resource.pid-RepositoryNamera for Release Area.
com.softwareag.catalina.resource.pid-RepositoryNamewa for Work Area.
The default values for initialSize, maxWait and maxActive are set in connection pool property files as follows:
initialSize=30
maxWait=60000
maxActive=30
3. Overwrite the properties, initialSize, maxWait and maxActive in the connection pool property files in 2. in accordance with the usage of the system and the available resources. Save the file.
4. Start the webMethods OneData server.
