Command Central 10.5 | Adding Product Licenses and Understanding Metering | Understanding License Metering | Continuous License Metering of a Landscape

Continuous License Metering of a Landscape
If you have contracts that require license metering, Command Central automatically and continuously meters your landscape, and stores the results in a monthly aggregated report. Each aggregated report contains the following:
*A summary for each location of your organization that indicates whether the installed capacity for a product matches the licensed capacity for the product (for example, whether installed processor cores match licensed processor cores).
*Detailed information such as the daily status of a product, the number of installed and running product instances, the number of used and licensed cores, whether the installation type and core class match the licenses, and the core class match for processor core-related metrics such as PCA and PCB.
*A summary that shows monthly status per product.
If you do not have contracts that require metering but would like to view this information, you can manually generate a sample aggregated report in Command Central.
Important:
Command Central does not delete aggregated reports automatically. The average persistent memory usage in Command Central for an aggregated report is 100-300 kilobytes per product.
