Unpublishing APIs from Gateways
Pre-requisites:
To unpublish APIs from gateways, for example, webMethods Mediator through the CentraSite Command Line Interface, you must have the CentraSite Administrator role.
CentraSite provides a command tool named undeploy for this purpose.
*To unpublish APIs from gateways
*Run the command undeploy.
The syntax is of the format: C:\SoftwareAG\CentraSite\utilities>CentraSiteCommand.cmd undeploy -user <USER-ID> -password <PASSWORD> [-url <CENTRASITE-URL>] -virtualService <VIRTUAL-SERVICE> -gateway <GATEWAY>
The input parameters are:
Parameter
Description
CENTRASITE-URL
(Optional). The URL of the CentraSite registry. For example, http://localhost:53307/CentraSite/CentraSite.
USER-ID
The user ID of a registered CentraSite user who has the CentraSite Administrator role. For example, Administrator.
PASSWORD
The password for the registered CentraSite user identified by the parameter USER-ID.
VIRTUAL-SERVICE
The name or key of the virtual service you want to unpublish from the gateway.
GATEWAY
The gateway from which the virtual service identified by the parameter virtualService is to be unpublished from the gateway.
Example (all in one line):
C:\SoftwareAG\CentraSite\utilities>CentraSiteCommand.cmd undeploy -url http://localhost:53307/CentraSite/CentraSite -user Administrator -password manage -virtualService TripPinService -gateway DevMediator
The response to this command can be:
Executing the command : remove gateway
Gateway DevMediator removed

Successfully executed the command : remove gateway
