Deleting an Event Model
You can delete one or several event models from your file system.
*To delete an event model:
1. Right-click the event model name in the Rules Explorer view and select Delete icon Delete from the context menu. Hold down SHIFT or CTRL to select multiple event models.
2. In the Delete Resources dialog box, do one of the following:
a. To delete the event model, click OK.
Important:
Deleting an event model that is used in a decision entity invalidates the decision entity.
b. To open a list of all changes to be performed, click Preview. To confirm the changes, click OK.
Important:
You are advised to avoid clearing any of the items on the list. Leaving out a step in the procedure will likely result in a semantically invalid event model.
The event model and all components that are associated with it are deleted from your file system.
