txclient	The Broker client whose automatic control label is to be set.
enabled	If set to 1 (true), the Broker client's access label will be automatically set in the controlLabel envelope field of any event the client publishes or delivers.

Enables or disables the automatic insertion of this Broker client's access label into the controlLabel envelope field of any event the transactional client publishes or delivers.
