Obtains the port number of the Broker Server where this event type is defined.

Possible BrokerError major codes	Meaning
AW_ERROR_INVALID_TYPEDEF	The parameter type_def is invalid.
AW_ERROR_NULL_PARAM	The parameter port_number is NULL.
