Ensure that the host name and IP address parameters provided in the Broker configuration files are being correctly resolved. Verify if the reverse lookup is successful using the nslookup command in the Broker command line interface. It is recommended to use the broker configuration parameter hostname if territory/cluster/gateway is used. That is, add hostname=<virtualhostname> in awbroker.cfg.
