Verifying That Software AG Runtime Is Available

Application Platform uses a Software AG Common Platform component called Software AG Runtime. This component is enabled by default after installing Application Platform.

Software AG Runtime uses the following default ports:

For Integration Server: 8072 for HTTP and 8074 for HTTPS.

For My webMethods Server: 8585 for HTTP.

To verify that Software AG Runtime is available after you install Application Platform

1. Depending on the server type you are using, start the Integration Server or the My webMethods Server instance.

2. In a web browser enter one of the following:

For Integration Server: http://localhost:8072

For My webMethods Server: http://localhost:8585

If you can successfully load the server log-on page, this indicates that Software AG Runtime is available.
