You can enable API Gateway clustering through the API Gateway user interface. For more information on enabling API Gateway clustering, see

Note: You cannot configure an API Gateway cluster across multiple data centers, because API Gateway Data Store (Elasticsearch) cannot be clustered across multiple data centers.
