Collecting API Portal Logs
As an API Portal Administrator, you can collect the logs that contain the API Portal data. You can collect all logs that are relevant for the API using the script collectlogfiles.

API Portal logs
Navigate to <API Portal install directory>/API_Portal/server/support and run the collectlogfiles.bat file A zip file logfiles.zip with the logs is created in the same folder. The zip file contains various folders where corresponding relevant API Portal log files are present.
