This procedure describes in detail the setting up of the HA setup for API Portal with an external Database (Oracle).
Ensure the following before you start configuring the setup:
*Install API Portal but do not start any runnables.
*You have a running Oracle instance.
*To setup API Portal HA set up with an external Database
*Add Nodes
*Deconfigure Runnables and Reconfigure Zookeeper
*Reconfigure Elasticsearch
*Reconfigure Other Runnables
*Register External Oracle DBMS
*Create Database Schemas for Tenants
*Enhance Runnables with JDBC Driver for External Database
*Assign Tenant to the Database Service
*Start the High Availability Setup
