When you uninstall RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP2 which is installed on Integration Server 6.x with RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP1, RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP1 is also uninstalled.
Workaround:
When you install RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP2, the installer creates a backup of the packages modified for RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP2 under the IS\replicate\salvage\backupRosettanet\IntegrationServer\packages\ folder. If you want to uninstall the RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP2 and want to revert to the previous environment (RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP1), after uninstalling the RosettaNet 6.0.1 SP2, copy the folder structure from the backup folder to the IS\packages folder.
For other known issues and troubleshooting information relating to RosettaNet Module, see the Knowledge Base on the webMethods Advantage Web site.
- To view the complete information in the "Type" field under the Content tab of a transaction in Trading Networks, you must modify the length of the MIMETYPE field to accommodate longer strings. You must modify this because the contents of the MIMETYPE field in the BizDocContent table will be concatenated with the contents of the Content-Disposition field. To view the complete information in the "Type" field in Trading Networks, follow the steps below.

For Integration Server 6.5, webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1 Service Pack 2 requires TNS_6-5_Fix7.
This service pack is supported on all the platforms on which webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1 is supported.
To install this service pack, do the following.
1. If you already have Integration Server 6.x installed and it is running, shut it down before installing the service pack.
2. If you already have webMethods Installer 6.x, start the Installer. If not, download the webMethods Installer from the webMethods Advantage Web site and start the Installer.
3. During the install process, the Installer prompts you for an installation directory. If you already have an Integration Server installed on the machine, select your existing webMethods installation directory. During installation, keep the following points in mind:
- If you are installing the service pack and the Integration Server at the same time, specify an installation directory for webMethods software (the default directory is webMethods6).
- If you are installing the service pack and webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1 at the same time, in the component selection list, select eStandards > webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1, to install webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1 along with the service pack. In addition, you may select any required webMethods components you have not installed.
- If you are installing the service pack over an existing installation of the webMethods RosettaNet Module 6.0.1, you must do the following:
6. Click Next. A message indicating that the installation is complete is displayed.
7. Click Close.
8. You have to modify the length of the MIMETYPE field to view the complete information in the "Type" field in Trading Networks. For more information, see section 3.0 Usage Notes.
The webMethods RosettaNet Module Version 6.0.1 has not been tested for conformance with the internationalization standards of webMethods. This internal certification is planned for a future release. Support for character encodings and locally formatted data depend on functionality in the webMethods Trading Networks and webMethods Integration Server products, which have been certified. The RosettaNet Module is therefore supported for use in any locale and with any platform supported character encoding.
If you expect to display non-English data in your webMethods tools, you need to ensure that an appropriate font is installed in your operating environment. You should test to see whether hollow boxes or black squares appear where you would expect to see non-English data, and if you see problems, modify your JRE font.properties file to reference the font on your system. You can find information about modifying your font.properties file on Sun's Java website (for the JRE provided with this release, see http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/docs/guide/intl/fontprop.html) or refer to the document located at http://www.unicode.org/help/display_problems.html.
This service pack has no impact on the globalization level of webMethods RosettaNet 6.0.1 and can be applied to systems running in any supported locale or configuration.
This service pack does not require an updated Language Pack. It might contain new messages and these messages will appear in English. Language packs containing support for other languages, when available, can be installed at any time using webMethods Installer.
Effective with webMethods 7, all webMethods products address seven core security facilities, either by providing all of them or explaining what aspects are not met. Additional information can be found on Advantage in https://advantage.webmethods.com/product_security_information.
webMethods RosettaNet Module is capable of authenticating all network traffic. Instructions on configuring RosettaNet Module to perform authentication can be found in the webMethods RosettaNet Module User’s Guide (see section 11.0 Documentation in this readme).
webMethods RosettaNet Module is capable of encrypting all network traffic. Instructions on configuring RosettaNet Module to perform encryption can be found in the webMethods RosettaNet Module User’s Guide (see section 11.0 Documentation in this readme).
webMethods RosettaNet Module does not include any inbound passwords, so this requirement is not applicable.
webMethods RosettaNet Module does not include any outbound passwords, so this requirement is not applicable.
webMethods RosettaNet Module includes facilities for storing private keys (for use with SSL, S/MIME, WS-Security, etc). webMethods RosettaNet Module stores all private keys in encrypted form, which are resistant to tampering or theft even if they are stolen.
webMethods RosettaNet Module relies on the hosting Integration Server to provide security auditing. See the corresponding section of the Integration Server readme which provides directions on Integration Server security auditing.
RosettaNet Module does not contain any hardwired (unchangeable) passwords.
