wm.estd.hipaa.core.services:batchHttpReceive
This service receives, recognizes, validates, and saves a CORE Batch HTTP HIPAA transaction to the Trading Networks database, and sends a batch receipt confirmation or acknowledgment such as TA1, 999, batch result, or CORE envelope error.
