Migrate the webMethods Chem eStandards Module
This section describes how to migrate packages, folders, flow services, process models, and .par files (archive files), from webMethodsChem eStandards Module 6.0.1 to webMethods Chem eStandards Module 7.1.
To migrate the webMethods Chem eStandards Module 6.0.1
1. In webMethods Developer, run the pub.estd.chem:migrate service.
2. In theInput for migratewindow, in the listOfComponents type the names of the packages, folders, flow services, and process models you want to migrate.
3. Enter the backupLocation and click Save. If you do not specify a backup location, the webMethods Chem eStandards Module 7.1 backs up the components to the default location Integration Server_directory\ChemBackup.
4. Migrate .par files, as follows:
a. Extract the contents of a .par file to an empty folder.
b. In webMethods Developer, run the pub.estd.chem:migrate service.
c. In the Input for migrate window, in the listOfComponents, enter the folder in which you extracted the .par file.
d. Archive the contents of the folder in which you extracted the .par file and save the file as a .par file.
e. Copy the .par file to the IntegrationServer_directory\packages\WmChem\import directory.
5. Migrate all the components (packages, Integration Server folders, flow services, models, and any folder on your machine) that use the services in the WmIPRoot (deprecated) and WmChem packages because all the services in the WmIPRoot package have been moved to a different location (WmEstdCommonLib). Some of the components in the WmChem package are renamed or moved to a different namespace (folder).
6. In webMethods Chem eStandards Module 7.1, TPAs have two new attributes called /ProcessInfo/SenderFocalRole and /ProcessInfo/ReceiverFocalRole. Manually set the Focal Role values in the TPA to reflect the corresponding PRT 6.x process model's Sender focal role and Receiver focal role.
