Applying the Private Key to an Adapter Connection Using a Keystore File
Perform the following procedure to apply the private key to an adapter connection using a Keystore file.
*To apply the private key to an adapter connection using a Keystore file
1. Import the certificate obtained from the CA to a java keystore. Make sure that the private key is also imported.
Note:
If the private key-public key certificate is created using a java keytool, this step is not required.
2. Specify the following parameters in the MQ Adapter connection properties:
*SSL Option: This parameter is visible in Integration Server 8.2 and higher. Select the keystore file option to configure SSL connections using a Keystore file.
*SSL Keystore file: Java keystore file name (created above). Complete path of the file is required.
*SSL Keystore Password: Password for the keystore.
*Retype SSL Keystore Password: Retype the keystore password that you just entered.
