webMethods XI Adapter Version 4.6

Software AG is pleased to introduce webMethods XI Adapter Version 4.6. The webMethods XI Adapter is a package you install on webMethods Integration Server so you can interact with business partners using SAP XI Servers. It provides a bridge between the SAP XI environment and your systems environment.

Version 4.6 is the first release of the XI Adapter.

Send SAP MessageObjects to Business Partners

The XI Adapter lets you configure your environment to use an outbound service to get SAP MessageObjects from your back-end systems, forward the MessageObjects to one or more business partners via an XI Server, and return results to your back-end systems.

Receive SAP MessageObjects from Business Partners

The XI Adapter lets you configure your environment to use an inbound service to receive MessageObjects from business partners via an XI Server, forward them to your back-end systems to process, and return results to the business partners.

Work with Other webMethods Adapters to Access Back-End Systems

The XI Adapter works with other webMethods adapters, such as the webMethods Oracle Applications Adapter and the webMethods Siebel Adapter, to interact with your back-end systems.
