Validating Values for a Single Adapter Service

To validate adapter service values for a single adapter service

1. Review the steps in Before Configuring or Managing Adapter Services.

2. In Designer, expand the package and folder that contain the service for which you want to enable automatic validation.

3. Double-click the service for which you want to validate the data.

Designer displays the configured adapter service in the service template's Adapter Service Editor.

4. Click the

icon.

Note:
This icon is available only when the Automatic data validation option is disabled.

Designer opens a connection with the PeopleSoft system. If the CI name does not exactly match the name of a CI on the PeopleSoft system, or if you do not have the compiled .class files on your Integration Server, you will receive an error.
