To prepare to configure a new listener

1. Ensure that Integration Server and Integration Server Administrator are started.

Note:
Make sure that you have webMethods administrator privileges so that you can access the adapter’s administrative screens. For information about setting user privileges, see the webMethods Integration Server Administrator’s Guide.

2. Using Integration Server Administrator, make sure that the WmOPCAdapter package is enabled. To verify the status of the WmOPCAdapter package, see Package Management.

3. Using Software AG Designer, create a user-defined package to contain the listener. For more information about managing packages, see Overview of Package Management.
