Testing Adapter Connections
You can check if Integration Server can connect to the HDFS cluster by testing the Adapter for HDFS connections from the Integration Server Administrator.
To test a connection
1. In the Adapters menu of the Integration Server Administrator's navigation area, click webMethods Adapter 9.8 for HDFS.
The Connections screen appears.
2. On the Connections screen, click the 
icon for the connection you want to test. Integration Server attempts to connect to the HDFS cluster based on the information specified in the adapter connection. If the connection is successful, the Integration Server Administrator displays a confirmation message.
