1-SSNY3
The webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp will fail to send OrderRequest and
MasterAgreementRequest documents using Trading Networks (TN) by throwing a
"DONE W/ ERRORS" message on the webMethods Integration Server
console. As a workaround, you will need to remove the cXML_MarketplaceSenderIDDomain and cXML_MarketplaceSenderID attributes
in the document definition from the Trading Networks Console.
1-T5AON
In Integration Server versions 4.6, 6.0.1, and 6.1, the WmAribaSupplier package
will load partially and generate package load errors, if Trading Networks (TN)
is not installed. These errors do not affect the operation of the Ariba Supplier
OnRamp without Trading Networks (TN). You can eliminate the package load errors
by installing Trading Networks (TN) and restarting the Integration Server.
1-TNO45
When uninstalling Ariba Supplier OnRamp 2.0, if the Remove Adapter Configuration Entries check box is selected, the entries will not be removed from the repository. As a workaround, remove the document handlers from the Ariba Supplier OnRamp configuration page before uninstalling.

MasterAgreementRequest
Document
Master Agreement enables buyers to establish a commitment for goods and services with suppliers. They represent a
common mechanism for managing supplier and buyer commitments. They also enable
buyers to negotiate better discounts by basing the discounts on future
purchases, while improving suppliers' ability to accurately forecast demand.
InvoiceDetailRequest
Document
The cXML InvoiceDetail transaction enables suppliers to send invoices to buying
organizations or marketplaces. This transaction supports invoice details for a
wide variety of business scenarios, including standard invoices, credit memos,
debit memos, and receipts. Suppliers use cXML invoices to bill buying
organizations or marketplaces for provided products or services.
Digital Signature
The Ariba Supplier OnRamp allows suppliers to specify a digital certificate and
stores the certificate in the repository. For each cXML document, the
wm.b2b.cxml:receiveCXML service checks for the authenticity of the document by
verifying the digital signature specified in the To credentials of the
document.
1-RXHO9 (BASO_1-5-1_Fix3)
Earlier versions of the Ariba Supplier OnRamp provided their own content
handler to process documents with attachments. The Ariba Supplier OnRamp 2.0
processes the OrderRequest document type with an attachment using the content
handler factory provided by webMethods Integration Server.

webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp conforms to the international standards of webMethods, which require: operation in any country, locale, or language configuration as listed in the webMethods Installation Guide; support for character encodings; and proper formatting, display, and validation of data (such as number and date formats). These features have been tested in this release and any known issues are listed below.
webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp is provided with an English user interface, messages, and documentation. Language packs containing support for other languages, when available, can be installed at any time using the webMethods Installer. webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp 2.0 supports simultaneous multi-locale operation.
webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp was tested with non-ASCII data using various Unicode and non-Unicode encodings. It was tested in common European and Far East Asian locales and is supported for operation in any locale provided by your operating environment. The tested environments included Japanese and French operating systems using non-ASCII data and a test module that comes with the adapter. cXML documents containing non-ASCII data were not tested directly with the Ariba network; however, webMethods carefully validated that all documents were correctly encoded and that the HTTP headers used to send the documents reflect the encoding used in the cXML documents sent by the webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp.
If you expect to display non-English data in your webMethods tools, make sure an appropriate font is installed in your operating environment. If you see hollow boxes or black squares where you expect to see non-English data, modify your JRE font.properties file to reference an appropriate font. For information on modifying your font.properties file, go to Sun's Java website. For instructions, see:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/intl/fontprop.html
http://www.unicode.org/help/display_problems.html
The configuration of the database you use with webMethods Ariba Supplier OnRamp affects the characters the database can contain. If you select a non-Unicode encoding for the database, characters from outside that encoding will be lost when you store data in the database. webMethods recommends that you use the most appropriate Unicode encoding for your database character set. See the webMethods Installation Guide and your database vendor's documentation for instructions on choosing and setting the character encoding for your database and environment.
