Take a Snapshot
1. Open a mashable or mashup and Run and Preview Mashable/Mashup Data.
2. Choose the view you want to use to see snapshot data. If needed, add a new view (see Add Views to Mashables and Mashups for instructions).
3. Click Take a Snapshot and complete these fields:
*Snapshot Name = this defaults to Snapshot plus the current date and time. Change this if needed.
Tip:  
It is a good practice to keep the date and time to help differentiate this snapshot from other snapshots taken with the same input at different times.
*Description = an optional short description.
Tip:  
It is a good practice to provide a description to clarify the parameters, if any, used for this snapshot or to provide other identifying information, especially if you use the default snapshot name.
4. Click Ok.
