Obsolete JUMP Headers
The following optional JUMP headers from versions 2.7 and earlier are obsolete and no longer supported in versions 3.0 and above:
authToken
An authentication token for requests from clients that have already logged in.
Authentication has changed in version 3.0 and above to use a standard HTTP session.
password

username
See presto_username.
