Logical Server States
Possible server states
A server could be in any one of the following logical server states:
STARTING
server is starting.
UNREACHABLE
server is unreachable.
UNKNOWN
server state is unknown.
UNINITIALIZED
server has started and is ready for election.
SYNCHRONIZING
server is synchronizing its data with the current active server.
ACTIVE
server is active and ready to accept clients.
ACTIVE_RECONNECTING
server is active but waits for previously known clients to rejoin before accepting new clients.
ACTIVE_SUSPENDED
server is active but blocked in the election process (consistency mode).
PASSIVE
server is passive and ready for replication.
START_SUSPENDED
server startup is suspended for all of its peers to come up.
PASSIVE_SUSPENDED
server is passive but blocked in the election process (consistency mode).
DIAGNOSTIC
server is not activated (has no configuration) or has been asked to start in diagnostic mode. This mode is used to configure the nodes or repair them.
