Manually Enabling P4S Features for a Site
When you create new sites using the Mashup Site template, P4S Features are automatically enabled. If you want to add these features to another type of site:
1. Login is as site administrator for the specific site.
2. Click Site Actions > Site Settings.
3. Click Manage Site Features in the Site Actions category.
4. Find MS4SP Custom Site Actions and click Activate to activate these features or Deactivate to deactivate them.
This adds a new category, JackBe Presto Administration, in Site Settings with functions that allow you to define connections to
Presto Servers and to set other
P4S configuration properties (see
Configure
Presto Server
Connections in
SharePoint
2010 for a complete list). This also adds the Register List action to allow users to register
SharePoint Lists as mashable information sources in
Presto.
